Watch the highlights from Rainbow DisruptCon 2023 hosted at the Seattle Art Museum.
Rainbow DisruptCon intends to create a world where LGBTQIA+ professionals and allies are empowered, educated, and engaged in fostering inclusive, equitable, and supportive environments in every workplace. We aim to build a thriving community that champions all identities, drives change, and inspires future leaders to lead with empathy and equity.
We deeply believe in the power of visibility in the workplace. When LGBTQIA+ individuals are visible and authentic, they not only enhance their own well-being but also contribute to a richer, more innovative work environment. By showing up authentically, professionals can better impact their work, fostering creativity, collaboration, and a culture of inclusion that benefits everyone.
